Christine Viveiros, OT Reg. (Ont.), Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Facilitator

I help professionals struggling with burnout to take their foot off the gas pedal and balance their day with peace and presence, no matter what’s going on around them.

If you’re feeling:

  • STRESSED there’s so much to do

  • FRUSTRATED because you can’t get it all done

  • IRRITATED with people and setbacks

  • EXHAUSTED to the point you're considering a leave of absence

  • ANXIOUS about returning to work

  • CONFUSED about your career path

I can help.

Does this sound familiar?

You’ve worked hard to get where you are, but the demands on you have piled up over the years and it feels like you’re going to crack under the pressure.

An overly busy mind and body is impacting everything you do. You’re not performing at your best. Memory, focus, and concentration is a struggle. You work extra hours to catch up but you never seem to get there. You can’t turn your mind off for relaxation or sleep. You stopped doing activities that are important to you. You rarely have time to decompress.

You know in your gut that something has to change, but you don’t know where to start.

The path to healing can be overwhelming and confusing. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Cognitive-Behaviour-Therapy-Acceptance-and-Commitment-Therapy

I provide a safe container for you to explore deep questions with honesty and non-judgement. Through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, you will gain a new perspective on your situation and get to the root of why work and other life areas are causing stress, so you can break the patterns no longer serving you.

Your usual struggles will start to feel more like an openness to enjoy what the day brings, no matter what happens. Common effects of therapy with me include feeling: calmer, more focused and aware, fulfilled, and freer to make choices aligned with what you want.

You don’t have to keep doing what you’ve been doing. The changes you implement (e.g. breathing techniques, meaningful activity, healthy boundaries) have been shown to result in less anxiety, better mood, and restful sleep.

What becomes possible when you commit to the life you want to live?

  • Being present - feeling connected and engaged with loved ones, colleagues, and all beings

  • Creating with purpose - vitality and satisfaction derived from expressing your unique gifts and talents, followed by rest and recovery

  • Playing - saying yes to an invitation or your next adventure

  • Learning and growing - approaching each moment as a new chance to try again

  • Living intentionally - how do you want to show up today? Where do you want to put your energy?

I’d love to show you how you can transform your life.
